In full: Very hard and challenging even more so than other years.
Fell over twice , and help was at hand both times. Very friendly and supportive . See you next year

In full: I found this very hard, but didnt give up. Friendly and encouraging is the way to go. Excellent support from other runners and marshalls. A great morning!

In short: Excellent
In full: Just brilliant and a lovely glass momento at the finish. Fresh fruit was a nice finishing tough. Marshalls were very encouraging.

In short: One of the best
In full: I return every year to run this race. It is now easier with the ditches nearer the end rather then first. A bit disappointed they were not full with water this time round.This must be one of the friendliest races . Keep up the good work and look forward to running the 10K again in July
