In short: Good run, great banter with other runners
In full: Sunday was good again. My problem was with Sats GNR show and pasta party. I have done this run for over 8 years. The pasta party was good years ago, this year only on the sat so very full, could not see the stands/ show and had to eat pasta standing up !!!
But as said the Run was Great !!Thanks again

In full: As others have said, great atmosphere but the energy drinks were no good and too many bottles on the road.

In short: Good combination of fields / muddy tracks / puddles / public footpaths.
In full: Organisation like clockwork again !!Friendly runners helping each other round a challenging course. 1 hill but marshall at the top giving out sweets to help you home. Through muddy tracks (easier this year than last) over some styles with friendly marshalls encouraging you on. Great off road race, only 400 yards on road. Free soup and showers at the finish as well. Makes you ache over the 7.5 miles but this just has to be done !! Back next year

In short: Great But Hot
In full: Well done to all again this year, but the Powerade bottles were not as good as the pouches from last year. The bottles were to big and you could trip on them on the road, still half full. The finish was better this yeat and the tented village had improved.
The Fitness show is not as good as years gone by, could be improved by revamping it.
Great run for the children on sat.
Both will be back next year.

In short: Interesting hills
In full: Well done to the club as this was the first time it was staged. Marshalls were good although not all seemed to know the course before the race. Great hills up and down which made you ache afterwards. Lovely views, if you could take them in.
