In short: Well organised, different distance, hill not as hard as I thought.
In full: Good organisation, well marshalled but could probably do with a cuople more. Cadets at drinks stations were brilliant. Chip timing was great no pressure on starting at front of pack although was some difficulty in over taking or being overtaken. Views were great on top of the downs but it was a bit depressing on the A20.Many thanks to my adopted running partner for the day got me around quicker thans expected, great confidence boost for FLM. Goody bag left a bit to be desired but facilities befoere and after were tremendous.

In short: A good race, watch out for the sting in the tail.
In full: A good run, well organised confusion on start time sorted out by a quick phone call to a helpful race director.A quick first half but a couple of nasty hills in the second part, especially 8-9miles.A pity there was no showering facilities this was the only down on the organisation. Will definatley be back next year(work not interfering)

In short: Good race two tough climbs and a few smaller , glad the ford was dry.
In full: A good race, friendly marshals.Pity there was no t-shirt and no water at the finish.I was 1-30 quicker here than Thanet on a tougher course so pb,s are possible. Will be back next year work permitting.

In short: Good run well worth running.
In full: Great run reasonably well organised. Roads open to traffic a bit hairy in the country lanes with the impatient drivers and within last 2 miles.Uphill last mile a bit of a strength sapper but good potential for a PB must be as I took 5 mins off.
