In full: The route, whilst quite pretty, can be a bit boring in places. I also don't like the out and back sections of the race or having to go twice round the track at the end. That said, the start venue was much better than last year. It was far more relaxing, much more room in the hall to collect your number and far less of a queue for the loos.

In full: As a run-up for London, this was an excellent race for me and has given me a good idea of my possible finish time. Plenty of marshalls who were very helpful.
