In short: Hills, bogs, beaches and pain.
In full: Beaches, bogs and bananas at the finish. The race was superb very well supported by marshals and st. johns. Also there were 5 or 6 bands / musicians on route. the locals are great too, offering sweets and water in between water stations. Superb.
