In short: Hills, Hills and more Hills
In full: Oh my god, that has to be the hardest 10K run I have done yet. I thought I pushed myself in training picking with runs with lots of hills but it was nothing compared to what I had to go through on this race. This race was extremely challenging with people being sick at the end after they had given everything. Definitely a test of your will power to keep going.

In short: On My Doorstep
In full: This race is right on my door step so thought I'd givce it a go. It's not the most picturesque of places to run but still enjoyable. More than likely I'd run this again next year..

In short: Hot, Hilly and hard
In full: Although it was a challenge I enjoyed it. A bit off my best with the hills and heat taking effect near the end. I will probably do next year.
