In short: The best half marathon around - bar none!
In full: Challenging course, the friendliest most welcoming people you will find, glorious scenery, wonderful home made food, encouraging marshalls at every stage of the way and a lovely downhill finish! Downside - you'll have to wait a whole yea for the next one!!

In short: Getting to do every fun thing you tell your kids not to!!!
In full: First ever XC.You HAVE to do this race!! Ran around in the middle, even saw people running back andr stopping just to have a laugh watching others coming through various obstacles.Unless you're in the front group you can forget a pb but who can run when you're doubled up laughing? Was gutted as we came off the common and knew it was over, now I have to wait a whole year.....!
