In short: two tough climbs !
In full: the best half marathon course i have run in ages. two tough climbs made it hard for pbs but you cant have everything. scenery was amazing including a run down the canal side. excellent from the organisational side , well marshalled and i would like to say thank you to all the people who turned out to marshall on such a cold bitter morning to make it such an enjoyable run.

In short: more for stamina than speed
In full: enjoyed the race again slipped over on the off road section which was testing but fun. overall very good and will come back again.
