In short: Once they sort out the appauling start this could be a great race. In full: Start very badly managed - too narrow, no start line, no signs for predicted times.
After 1M the race is great. You get to see almost everybody at 4M at a turnaround then it's back into town. Good support from bemused locals and no hills. Enough turns to keep the course interesting and a lot of Cardiff's sights to take in. Nice to run through the castle at the end despite the cobbles and when else can you do a lap of the Millenium Stadium to finish a race? I got a PB and loved the last 12.1 miles.
