In short: Wow - I ache after my first Grizzly but what a treat! Fab marshalls and atmosphere!
In full: What an amazing day - starting on the beach and a final run in on it makes it the hardest first and last mile you'll ever do. It is so beautiful, great support from crowds and marshalls and the buddha with incense was great!19 miles, 3500ft ascent, 5 hours something on my legs, I ache with pride today!

In short: Mud and views and no mile markers!
In full: What a great day - but would still be running now if it had been raining! The mud was awesome, some great spectators who thought we were "b****dy mad"! Always a good indicator for a race! WOuld do it again but would have like mile markers!

In short: great race but prob not for a slow beginner as the last runners were home around 2:40
In full: Kenilworth is a great half marathon - beautiful scenery, fantastic marshalls and organisation and undulating rather than out and out hills. Unless its your day, you prob will not run a PB (I did not) but heh, you might and anyway its a great experience.
