In short: A very enjoyable event. Well worth a go.
In full: A very well organised event, with a good atmosphere. Some long down hill stretchs and just a couple of short hills. A big thanks to the Host club, marshalls, time keepers and shirt ladies and anyone I might have forgotten.

In short: Tough climbs and technical descents, good race.
In full: Almost everything was excellent the course, the set-up, the marshalls, the water station and the finish. BUT there were a about 40 to 50 people running the wrong way down the course while the steady masses were trying to climb the first hill over slate and tough terrain. Very off putting. Needs to be reviewed!

In short: PB Achieved on the flat route.
In full: A good quick race made better by my PB.
Things to improve are the start. Side street was too small main road would have been better.
No drinks station.
T-shirts are better given out at the end to keep runners warm.
Overall its the flat track and fast time that appealed to me.

In short: A great off road race.
In full: The musical marshals were very uplifting. The paper work eg map directions and details were very good. All in all credit must go to organisers and marshall for an excellent event.
