In short: A really good day out
In full: A race on a Saturday - good for those of us who use the train to get around the northwest. Clearly, from the turnout, lots of club runners in the north like this race. I can see why - the organsation is good, the course is basically flat and the finish is close to plenty of places to eat and get a drink after the race.

In short: Well organised, good facilities and relaxed atmosphere. The course isn't the fastest - it's noticeably uphill to the top of Bewdley Bank (3 miles) then gently undulating till Swainshill (10 miles) and the rest is flat. Fun day out and a PB by 5 min.
