In short: Great event and well organised!
In full: I did this event the week after the London duathlon and it was perfect! I was amazed it was first time they have put this on as the organisation, check in, marshalling and signposting was feast rate! Nothing to fault and only being 30mins from home I hope they put more on! Only slight thing that could be noted was some of the marshals on the last few K of last run could be a bit more supportive! I know they are there probably working for free, but when you are busting a gut and they are stood there anyway, a little clap or word of encouragement really does help- 80% were great tho- thanks again!!

In short: Excellent race as per last year, tho I forgot how challenging!
In full: Great race, great scenery, great organising. This really should be in your diary each year. Run on hard trail with plenty of challenging hills, some long, some short, but a few downhills as well! KNocked 3mins off last year, but thought I was going to die at the end. Great race - thanks!

In short: Excellent race, some challenging point
In full: First time of doing this, and managed a PB with a last 1k sprint!! A couple of mildly challenging hills which are just long/short enough to be classed as fine!! A nice downhill finish into closed town roads and lots of support - Great¬!

In short: Hot, dull to the eye, but a good run!
In full: Some long straights do nothing for the eye or the mind, and combined with the heat made this a tough, but flat run! If you're a club runner, used to running round tracks you're probably ok, but if you like a bit of scenery dont bother!

In short: A good run!
In full: Yes start was down the side road so a bit cramped, but you just edge to the front if you want to be there! Not really a 'fun' run as only spectators are at the finish, because it's mostly residential you dont expect more! I pb'd by 3mins so very happy! Was labelled as slightly hilly, but one slight climb, and 2 more within residential roads made this a pretty straight forward run! Finish was a bit cramped once you got over the line!

In short: Great scenic route, well organised
In full: A very well organised event, lovely route, limited areas for supporters round the route to cheers us on which was a shame so had to make do with the herd of cows instead, great pre race facilites and I got a PB.
