In short: Fantastic experience, must do this again in 2011
In full: This event is set in beautiful countryside, the course is truely challenging and completing it is such an achievement. The atmosphere was great with plenty of support around the course from resting competitors and their families and friends. I did it last year as part of Mikes ( previous rating) team of 8, deciding to be one of a team of 5 changed the challenge somewhat. The extra training paid off and today I suffer with very few aches and pains, far less than I anticipated. Thank you Patrick Adams for another successful event, I am looking forward to 2011 already.

In short: Don't tell too many people, this one's special!
In full: Our team of 8 NOTFAST (Newark Over Thirty Fives and Still Trying)running club members have had a fantastic weekend dashing about in the mud, slipping down mud slopes, wadding through water and tree hugging! This was a great event where the achievements of so many will be remembered. I will never forget being dressed as Minnie Mouse (out of glow sticks) in the middle of the night, rolling about in the mud, what a laugh. NOTFAST will be entering at least 1 team next year as Mike Bullock has said previously. Thank you Patrick for a super event, the first of many I am sure.
