In short: Great race in beautiful scenery
In full: Inaugural Petworth Park 10k hosted by Midhurst Milers. Well organised - even the weather which was sunny and warm. An interestingly undulating course through magnificent National Trust park land. A friendly atmosphere. No chance of a PB for me but a really enjoyable race.

In short: PIcturesque and friendly.
In full: The start was delayed. You had to register at 0830 for a 1010 start - it'd have been preferable to receive race number by post. Good marshalling but some confusion on the 21k course it seemed.

In full: My first Midsummer Munro and as tough as they said it would be! But one of the friendliest and best organised races I have done in my 8 years of running. Fantastic food afterwards too. Will definitely do it again.
