In short: a good challenging half
In full: a mix of road and wood, through some beautiful shropshire scenery. well organised and plenty of water stations every couple of miles. some challenging climbs on roads and through wooded areas. worth the trip and would do it again. get there early for free and easy parking. good toilet and changing facilities.

In short: hilly half
In full: very wet at this race but didnt dampen anyones spririts. very well organised event with friendly and supportive locals and marshals. thank you to the lady who supplied the jelly babies half way round,( i got a black one ). water stations and wet sponges every 3 miles.( probably would of been better having dry sponges this year though ). beautiful scenery of the cotswolds which is your treat after climbing the numerous hills. every finisher got a quality glass trophy. long sleeve t shirts for 3 quid, bargain.
will do it again next year. great event.

In short: ouch it hurts
In full: the hills on this one are extreme, and coming down is just as hard. definately not for beginners!! wow, what a lovely place to run, very nice rolling hills and beautiful scenery. well organised and friendly atmosphere from competitors and spectators. free parking, a doughnut and water at the finish. need to have a t shirt or medal for finishers.

In short: fast multiterrian for all abilities
In full: a good 5 mile multiterrain race, with definate pb potential. 2 laps, half on tarmac and half on grass and gravel.
nice friendly atmosphere with good toilet facilities and car parking, although would encounter trouble with a larger turnout.
the finishing line could of been clearer as i nearly went the wrong way and they need to have a water station next to the finishing line. a good quality t shirt for all finishers. will do it again next year.

In short: new multiterrian event
In full: a very enjoyable race, i had a thoroughly nice time. the start was a bit cramped and not much tiolet facilities, which would cause more problems if the event gets more popular. a very friendly atmosphere and a good course with a good range of changing surfaces throughout the 6 miles. a nice t shirt for all finishers. hope its on again next year.
