In short: Good atmosphere as always In full: Its the key running event in Sheffield... brings the entire running community together, and introduces alot of others to the world of running which can only be a good thing - the whole city gets behind it and the atmosphere is great especially on Eccy Road. www.sheffield10k.com is also worth a look ( a shameless plug ) ... probably the best 10k course in Yorkshire? :-) ... Looking forward to next year. Date of review: May 14, 2013

In short: Decent race In full: The weather was spot on for racing..... talking to a few ppl at the end small point but worthy of noting for those PB chasers ...the course prob needs a remeasure. Came in at 10k + 120m bonus which doesn't sound like much - but equates to around 25 seconds at 40min pace! :-) ... obviously room to move start and still have natural finish at school - all in all a very friendly and well organised race. In short: A novel eventt hat will pave the way for similar events In full: Very generous budget that red bull had for this event made it very worth while - think we were priveledged being the effective guinea pigs for this event. High calibre field....free bar and bbq at the end was a touch of genius. Well done open adventure and red bull. Date of review: October 7, 2012

In short: £32 for a 10k must make this the most expensive in the UK! Pretty slick operation, and good course, just needed a little more atmosphere. In full: The atmosphere was a little muted due to the disjointed waves, and the very short finishing chute, bring the finishing chute into the middle of the race set up and already things would be improved. Overall good course, just price tag needs reigning in a touch. The goody bag was decent though! Date of review: June 9, 2012

In short: NIce day for it - miles 4-6 were pretty tough mentally - prefer races where there isn't quite as much tarmac pounding! Good overall though. THe hills on this course account for about 90 secs vs a completely flat course. Date of review: November 15, 2009
