In full: A great race that evet runner has to do at least once. And I beat the train! :-)

In short: Well organised and a senic tour of the suffolk country side, pity about the hills on the bike leg!
In full: Very friendly duathlon, with all the marshals shouting encouragement along the way.

The 5K run is repeated for the final leg, and the bike leg is undulating, with a strong head wind for part of the course today.
