In short: Fast time possible
In full: Good flat course with great PB possibility... beat my 2007 PB by over 1.5 mins.
Disappointing lack of support but the weather probably had something to do with that.
Would run next year.

In short: Gets better each year!
In full: I've run every race since the days it was the Flora Women's Challenge. Mush better this year as the organisers really tried to stop walkers starting right at the front to get their 5 mins of fame and actually start at the appropriate time marking. Still a few walkers to pass within the first 500 mins.

Great to run with so many women but if you're training and want a PB would suggest this isn't the race for you.

In short: Wet and muddy but great fun
In full: I'll be back to run this one again. Slightly testing with all the mud so you had to be somewhat careful with the down hills. On a better day you could get a PB here! The marshalls were great and the other runners and supporters were all up for shouting for everyone. A great event.
