2012 Liverpool Marathon

In full: This was a first marathon so can't compare but it all appeared fantastically organised for something on such a large scale.
The spectators, volunteers et al were wonderful and wonderfully encouraging when I was flagging...that Hill on Upper parliament...
The scenery was magnificent, the drummers coming out of the tunnel perfectly placed to draw you on to strive a bit harder...definitly do it again.

In full: I have been doing this race for 10 yrs and it has varied on organisation. I didnt see any time markers at the beginning and I have always found them useful. It is a beautiful park and the atmosphere is great.

In full: As usual wonderful atmosphere, everyone friendly, well organised beautiful park and a PB for me yay!! Definitely a race for everyone whether going for a fast one or a beginner.

In short: enjoyable experience, hope they organise it better for 2008
In full: I have done this race 6 times and the organisation could have been better. The bottlenecks were a real problem if you were trying to do a PB. I only knopw there were 2 goody bags from posts here, wonder what was in the second one? Overall I enjoyed it despite the complaints
