In short: well done again telford harriers
In full: tough course for a PB.i was on for a certain PB with only 4 miles to go but the terrain put paid to my attempts but never mind coz the race itself was excellent.

coming into ironbridge was one of my favourite miles ever run in any race ive done.i will definitely do this one next year.

the only bad thing i can think of is the last 10th of a mile was up hill.EVIL ORGANISING PEOPLE (HA HA).

In short: great day with a carnival atmosphere
In full: enjoyed the race after the initial chaos at the start.with a high street that size there was plenty of room for time zone sections.

after that 1st mile the course was great and challenging with some not to steep climbs for a bit of fun.excellent support from the locals.i will definately be back for more.

please please use disposable chip numbers next time instead of having to take them off after youve finished it would be so much easier.

In short: fast course got a PB
In full: came from wolverhampton to try and get a pb so was delighted and on deaths door when i achieved it.

i prefer the course clockwise as last year it was anti-clockwise.the reason being ther was a nice fast finish as it was nice and flat with a little down hill right at the end.

i will definately be back next year if i recover from this years effects.

PS it was nice to get some water ha ha

In full: no mention of the 2pound parking fee til its too late.started my very accurate watch at the same time as the starter, finished in 39.56 but officials think it was 40.04 tut tut.oh and i felt sorry for all the runners in the last half who had to run head on into a stream. of traffic
