In short: Local race so feel loyal to it
In full: If the organisers read this please do take note and DO NOT make this event bigger. Usual problem of toilets , especialy for girls or lack of them and real bottle necks on the course and at drink stations. Water cups are fine but water stations a challenge. Stadium chaotic at start .Thank you to all the supportive volunteers though who ofeten get overlooked but make the event possible

In short: Excellent race and well organised...let down by lack of toilet facilities
In full: I can not believe that an 'international venue' like Don Valley can not provide better toilet facilities for so many people.it does matter and lack of such facilities creates unecessary stress. it's ok for blokes who feel able just to go against a bush or wall but not us girls!!

In short: Mud mud glorious mud!!
In full: Felt great and thought was going to get a PB but then hit the MUD so turned of my garmin and spent the rest of the run enjoying the delights of Sherwood forest.
Hard work but enjoyed it again a good family day out for the spectators too. Thanks Karen n Reg

In short: Improvement on last year
In full: They seem to have learnt lessons with the organisation at the start and finish however it was a very early start to collect race numbers at 8.30. I think when you enter in plenty of time numbers should be posted. Nice momento though instead of a t shirt

In short: Very good race but a pricey 10k
In full: Fantastic though that you were very close to the elite runners and you could see them warming up etc at the start and flying down Abbeydale Road on their way down. Course was a bit dull and I am sure they could have picked a more scenic route to do the city justice.Supported it as home city and would do it again for that reason.

Goody bags for kids terrible, a packet of tea and a small box of shreddies!!!!! Come on Tesco not what an 8 year old boy was expecting!!
