In short: Shame about the distance cock-up
In full: Enjoyed the race but finding it hard to understand how you can get the distance so wrong.
Good atmosphere and good water/Lucozade stations and I suppose it's a pb as I've never run a 13.5 mile race before!

In short: Pleasant run in terrible weather
In full: Enjoyable park run, liked the fact there was no traffic. Didn't like the fect that the official results email added nearly 5 minutes to my time!

In short: Enjoyable Sunday morning run
In full: Fairly well organised race with a tough hill in the middle of the run. Not great pb potential because of having to dodge horses, puddles and old ladies (plus the aforementioned large hill) but well worth getting up for.

In short: Worth getting up for!
In full: This was my third running of this race and it is always enjoyable. The middle section is very flat and fast and quite peaceful/traffic free. It does get busier in the last few kms with uneven pavements and driveways but by that stage the finish is close so no worries. The marshalls were very efficient and encouraging so a big thank you to them. Also thanks to the kind lady who stopped me driving off with my gloves and newly acquired tee shirt on the roof of my car!

In short: Great run in a beautiful part of town
In full: Set a new pb despite the blistering heat.
The start was a bit confusing but the marshalls were fantastic and there was a nice medal as reward for the hard work!
