In short: a game of two halves
In full: Could you arrange to have the stately home moved to the bottom of the hill so that we can get a negative split? Great location, scenery, organisation etc. See you in 2008.

In short: Did relay - superbly marshalled - surprisingly nice course
In full: A bit of debate as to whether we were running hills or inclines. They weren't steep but they did go on - miles 2 to 5 seemed like one long pull. Marshalling and organisation first class. I managed to run past the finish line and my relay partner had to chase me down - didn't see a sign!
Full marathon would have been a killer - three laps of a tricky course.

In short: Excellent
In full: Really nice course with a challenging hill at 4-5k to keep you honest and a downhill last 3k to cheer you up.
A big thanks to the excellent marshalls. It's always tricky when the course is on roads but they did a great job and were very encouraging.
Will definately be back.

In short: undulating, country lanes, very civilised
In full: A lovely run through a very civilised and picturesque part of Bucks. It's so dreamy you could fall asleep and I very nearly did on the final kilometre and a half which is a very deceptive incline. 2 drinks stations - excellent.

In short: Nice
In full: Really enjoyed start/finish on track (isn't 400 metres a long way?). A fair bit of traffic on course but that is the only downside to a really good friendly run. Marshals were superb by the way - a big thanks to them all.
