In short: Great Race
In full: 8th time of running - great race and fantastic atmosphere. Course changed a bit this year and was a little dull - though I did see some industrial bits of Manchester I hadn't seen before :)

In short: Good day out - some hard hills for a flat race though
In full: Pretty good for the inaugral event. Traffic management a bit iffy in places. Seemed to "end" rather soon for an all abilities race which was a shame. for anyone running more than 2.30 the finish was a bit flat.

In short: Excellent race - especially the tunnel and then the riverfront
In full: Well organised, bit lacking in support from the (non-existant) crowd.

Running in the tunnel was wierd (and it's a long way back up).

In short: Good fun race. Start is not good for runners - too many people
In full: Have run all these since the beginning. Its a good race, but the number of people and the wierd staggering of the start means that you are not going to run fast (you actually have to walk during the first km or so). Organisation is excellent though

In short: Great sunday morning entertainment
In full: Really enjoyed this, though the Santa suit got rather hot and breathing through a false beard is not joy. Probably a personal worst for time, but who cares - it was very surreal
