In short: I look orward to this one !
In full: Despite having to park a fair jog away as the field was full (my own fault for arriving late !) and arriving at the start line with seconds to spare, this race was my fav of the year. As someone else has commented, nice to hear an enthusiastic crowd.

In full: Luckily the weather held up just long enough for the race ! Well organised, nice course. Rather liked the 3 laps (with a bit on the end) idea.

In short: Getting to be a bit of an annual ritual this one !
In full: Just as hilly as I remembered but a rewarding challenge. Got my best time for this, think that's 4th time lucky ! Means I'll have to come back next year to try and beat it...

In short: A very well organised race
In full: The heat scuppered my PB chances but did beat my previous Lordshill time so I'm happy ! Thanks to the organisers and marshalls, it really does help to have them willing you on - especially on that last K !

In short: Challenging but fun race !
In full: Wasn't looking forward to this one too much after tackling the hills for the first time last year however I knew what to expect this time and actually found myself enjoying it ! Lovely weather (as last year) and well organised.

In short: Another good race !
In full: Bit of mud at the start and almost a minute to get over the start line (meaning no chance of a PB for me) but apart from that, a good race ! Thanks to the organisers and marshalls.

In short: Great 'first race of the year' for me !
In full: Really enjoyed this race and the weather was perfect. Only concern was that it went to single file in places due to the number of people and traffic but just demonstrates the popularity of the race ! Thanks SGRAC.

In short: A tough but enjoyable morning spent !
In full: Luckily I read last years review so knew to expect there would be no KM markers ! Odd considering the rest of the race was very well signposted and marshalled.

Anyway, nice weather and scenery with a few hills thrown in.

In short: Nice, friendly race
In full: Don't know whether it was the humid weather or just me (probably me !!) but found this quite hard going. Overall I enjoyed it though !
