In short: Lovely race Great organisation Excellent marshals
In full: My third time of running this event. Lovely race, good parking & didnt have to queue once for Ladies loos !! Route is flat and scenary good - marshals were very supportive as were the small gatherings of supporters dotted about the course. Nice mug & chip timing the latter a nice addition this year and sill good value - just a plea which I think has been made before Please dont allow this event to get too big - it is perfect as it is.

In short: Great organisation, lovely route well marked and supportive marshals
In full: A great new event to add to the diary - a nice mix of road, trail and fields, not too hilly but enough ups & downs to make you work hard, Well marked with lots of marshals and 2 water stations, beautiful pottery mug for finishers. Tea & cakes plus BBQ - what more could you ask for - will definatley be back next year - well done Hungerford Hares.

In short: Super local race with a bit of a challenge! Brilliant
In full: Lovely small and friendly race, well signed & marshaled route - what goes up does go down thankfully - the hill is challenging but not impossible. Great to see this back in the racing calendar - look forward to next year

In short: Perfect organisation, marshalls - simply a brillisnt race
In full: This is an brilliant race - the organisation is faultless - excellent marshalling - all in the right places with people who smiled, cheered and encouraged, great facilties at the start including loads of loos! Great technical t-shirt - just one plea - please provide a smaller size for ladies (and this race did seem popular with ladies) Well done Chippenham the best half marathon I have ever done in 20 years of running - even though I did an appalling time due to lack of training this course offers a good shot at a pb or close to. - Will definatley be back next year.

In short: Good race marred by poor parking organisation and a rather crowded start
In full: A decent flat 10k on quiet lanes, often "two lapers" are demoralising but this wasn't and it never seemed to feel like we were going around again! Good marshalls on the course, and it was well marked. BUT it sufferred from badly managed parking which made extracting the car afterwards challenging to say the least. In the middle ranks the start was a bit crowded and this didnt really sort itself out until nearly the 1km marker. Grass Roots organise other excellent races - I felt this one fell a bit short of that accolade
