In short: Another really succesful and well run event, not sure I lived up to the superman outfit though...h
In full: Magnificent atmosphere, only reason for the 3 for beginners is the tough course rather than the welcome. Slightly expensive (but all for charity) and the free hat and technical top were great. Full marks to the Baywatch team that went for a swim in the Mole!

In short: Its a tough one for sure but worth the pain.
