In short: Excellent, stomach heaving, run over the south downs. Not for the faint of heart. In full: Excellent race. Everyone was made to feel very welcome by Dr Rob and his family. Challenging. Muddy. Makes you spit and curse. I particularly appreciated the opportunity to do a run through before race day with Dr Rob who had invited all those who had entered a few weeks prior to the event. The race fee is higher than most, but half of this goes to charity - can't be a bad thing. Date of review: January 6, 2006
