In short: Very scenic but not PB potential ! Really enjoyed the race
In full: The course mainly on park paths and tracks. There is a little stretch on the road. Some of the ground is uneven which very fast runners wont like but it a lovely race. It has a few climbs in it which are not hard and they are not long climbs. This is a real nice race to enjoy the morning with and some fast times were posted this morning by the winners 32 mins ?

In short: EXCELLENT, Great race Well organised. Flat course and potential PB material.
In full: What can I say. This race is a real credit to its organisers. The organisation is clear as you drive into the town. Well marked car parks and route to the race.
The start has a good area for changing and using the toilet. You can leave your bag in the tent with a bin liner and tag (provided).
The race starts and is very well marshalled. The course is very well marked with CLEAR mile markers. Most of the course is blocked to traffic and there are no problems with traffic due to good marshalling. Decent water stations at distances which suit a half marathon.
At the finish you are able to grab a shower which were warm and clean. A BONUS I feel.

Overall the course is a flat course, which has about three hills if you can call them that. They are just slow climbing bridges over a motorway. They are hardly noticable to most regular runners. This course has a PB potential.

I RECOMMEND this race to all.

In short: Excellent, Hill for the first 2 miles and then a long downhill to a lovely finish in the park estate !!
In full: This course is a very good for a non - runner and experianced runners alike. It is organised very well and runs very smoothly. Challenging start to the race with the uphill section. That said the next part is very easy with a long downhill section and flat finish. There is one small hill left as you enter the park estate. This a very good race with some great scenary. This race is a credit to its organisers and sponsors alike !!!!!!
