In short: Great course, terrible organisation
In full: The course itself was great, well marshalled, good scenery, undulating but not too tough. The finish on the grass was a bad idea though. As a run its fab and worth doing.

Organisation though was a farce. Many have mentioned the parking - we spent 2 1/2 hours in the car park trying to get out - what were they thinking. On top of that, segregating runners and non runners at the car park entrance - why?? It's not the London marathon - I came with my wife, she was going to take my things so we wouldn't need to put stuff in the baggage area - had to end up throwing it over the fence to her. Good job we didn't use the baggage area as the queue for that after the race was huge. What were they thinking.

Sort those things out and it will be a great race, such a shame!

In short: All round great race, challenging enough & great views
In full: A course with great scenery on the edge of the New Forest. A couple of good climbs add some challenge and there are plenty of bends to keep you wondering about what is coming next. Superb.

In short: challenging race through field with one large climb. Great
In full: Smallish friendly race across and around ploughed fields. includes a 500ft climb over 2 miles between 5 and 7 and a couple of miles on country roads. Excellent organisation, friendly and helpful marshalling. add 10-15 mins to your normal 1/2m time and just enjoy the scenery.

In short: Smallish event, well organised and undulating
In full: The mile and half fromt the car park to the start provided a good warm up! Small but friendly event, water stations OK run through great countryside on the Glos-Hereford border. Reasonably challenging over the undulating hills
