In short: Well organised, nice surface to run on, a shame that the wind was belting down the back straight. If only the organisers could have sorted that out......

In short: Lovely course, undualting is a good description. 30 minute delay was annoying. Otherwise was well organised and good marshalling.

In short: A little tweak here and there on the organisation and it'll be an excellent race. Definite PB course even if you're not on top form./

In short: Hills, driving rain, mud, a rendition of Hark the Heralds by the runners at the start, mince pies afterwards - great run!
In full: A challenging course, with a nasty start. The weather made the course even more difficult, but there was a great atmosphere. Some people didn't like the mud and the field between 8 and 9K was nasty. A great run, one to note for next year.

In short: A PB for the second time on the course. I just wish that (as with all big races) that people would line up correctly with their expected finish time!!!

In short: More than enough marshalls for all the road crossings. Very well organised.
In full: Hard to find fault with the race. Just a tad under 10K maybe and 3 and 4K markers not quite in the right place. But that's just being really picky!
I was concerned when I saw all the road crossings especially as it crossed a busy through road a couple of times, but an abundance of marshalls made sure that there were no issues at all.

Well done Sole Sister - other races could learn a lot from seeing this organisation.

In short: Better prepartation on my behalf and this would have been PB territory. Well marshalled. Good support at turn and at finish.

In short: Hard, but then a hill run won't be easy! Simply but effectively marshaled. A nice view when the top is reached.

In short: Not Grim, not a challenge. The t-shirt says hills which is exaggerating just a little bit. Quite a boring run. Expensive.

In short: A PB by 5 minutes. Plenty of drinks (water and energy) and in bottles/squishy bags that are easy to carry for a short distance.
In full: The start was good, only 50 seconds or so to cross the line. It was good to hear announcements asking people to start by the markers where they really did expect to finish.
