In short: Tough tester made easier by excellent marshalls and amusing comments every KM marker
In full: Hard course lovely scenery made worse for me cause I was unfit. Marshalls were the best I've encounted in years possibly ever. Made easier by the welcome to Wales, Ireland etc. Every KM marker had a little love heart with a message Pain is temporary etc....Your fast than the guy on the sofa kept me going.

In short: Brendan sort it out dissapointing
In full: I have been looking forward to this since I started running because of injury Brendan 'Money grabbing *******' made me pay TWICE. So this year I thought I'd get a nice race. I wasn't allowed into my pen because it was full !!! or the next so I eventually pushed my way into the next under duress. Then when Ant and Dec announced we are underway all this space appears FFS. Anyway the race was boring, the crowds were fantastic Howway the lads and lasses and the last mile was the best bit. Good finish saw Chris Chataway and Angelica Bell. More choas with 1 hour queue at Metro or 90 mins for Ferry to North Shields. That was after 3 pints. She has an entry for next year so will be there one way or other but under protest won't be back after that.

In short: Big cock up from the organisation of Robin Hood
In full: Crowded start, Poor car park facilities in queue for an hour to get to the race. Toilets were well positioned although only cause I used my initiative did I realise by going to the far side toilets you didn't have to queue long. Course was nice/challenging I only found out how bad the organisation was cause I had to pull out. I waited for 45 mins I was only 4 miles from start when i was told someone will sort it out in a minute. The sweeper van picked me up and then told me they were going round the whole course. I had a bad calf strain and when walking to the finish to see where my GF and Dad was (doing race) I was told to run it would be quicker !!! Never do this race again queued for 2 hours to get out of the car park too many people doing this
