In full: I'd agree with some of the comments regarding the start, in particular, the man with the start placard. It is your own fault though if you could not see what was going to happen. As we approached it was obvious that most people were filling in behind the cycle race and that if you wanted to be up the front you would need to be a bit proactive and move yourself up there. Good support and marshalling all round. Back again next year...
