In short: My favourite race of the year.
In full: Thouroughly enjoyed the race and though I was very slightly slower than last year, did much better than I was expecting. Weather was horrendous (not as bad as 2008) but that just adds to the challenge. As in previous years organisation was excellent and marshalls, spectators and fellow runners all very friendly. This was my fourth time and will be back next year.

In short: Really enjoyed it, route is challenging eithout being too tough.
In full: Fourth time I've done this race, managed a PB by 19 seconds but by over 5 minutes for that course so was pleased. It was great to start inside Warwick castle for the 1st time, but better organisation at the start would have been good as it wasn't clear where to go and I like many people was still walking up to the start when the race began. Also finish wasn't great for spectating, previous years were better. Having said that still a fantastic race and will definately be back in the future.

In short: Very well organised particularly for their first time.
In full: Thoroughly enjoyed the race. Route was not too challenging - although glad someone told me about the hill at the end before we got to it - ran a PB by over 3 mins so very happy.

In short: Well organised enjoyable race - fairly challenging for the first half.
In full: This was my third-time and like the two previous times hadn't done much training - so was pleased to shave another 30 seconds or so off last years time - at this rate I will get in under the hour in 2012. This race is extremely well organised and marshalled. The jelly babies at the end were much appreciated and - unlike nearly everyone else - I quite liked the diary.

In short: Hard work but very rewarding
In full: Thoroughly enjoyed this, although found it tough going. My one previous marathon (Edinburgh) was a doddle by comparison. Coped with Llanberis pass ok but my calves gave up the ghost on the long uphill bit out of Bedgelert and had to walk for a bit, and the some more up the big hill at 22 miles. Great atomsphere scenery and organisation. Hopefully will be back next year.

In short: Well organised, fast course, atmosphere good.
In full: Definate personal best potential, unfortunately due to lack of training and general unfitness was unable to take advantage of this, but enjoyed the race anyway. It was enjoyable taking 'Racing line rouns the race track'.

In short: Very well organised - good hills (uphill and downhill)
In full: Second year I have done this and like last year hadn't done enough training, but did manage to shave 30 secs of last years time. This is an enjoyable race, well organised with friendly and encouraging marshalls. The first half is tough, mostly uphill with the worst hill just after 5k, the second half throughly enjoyable lots of steep downhill bits. I am definately going to come back next year train properly for it and finish in under the hour (mind you I think I said that last year).

In short: Very well organised, good route.
In full: This was my second time and thought the race was even better than last year. Ran a PB which I wasn't expecting to as training hadn't gone that well. The route was really good slightly easier than last year I thought, zig zagging round the mermorial park was a bit tedious but we had been warned. The hill on Asthill Grove seperated the men from the boys. Missed the malt loaf in the goody bag (the twix was gobbled up by my children - they don't like malt loaf). Overall really enjoyed the day well done to the organisers - I will be back next year.

In short: Enjoyable race - some hills but fairly good balance between up and down.
In full: Really enjoyed this race. The terrain is varied some road, some paths and some just on grass. It is well organised and friendly. There are some challegning uphill bits but also plenty of downhill bits to balance them out. Sencery is good and at £4 the race is great value.
