In short: good race
In full: Small, friendly, well organised race. I, along with many others couldn`t understand why the loop of the field was at start rather than finish? I was unfortunately involved in a collision with a young boy as he ran across the gates to the school as i turned into the finish, he was unhurt but competent marshalling should have prevented this, a serious injury to the boy or myself could have resulted. Not happy!

In short: Feeling Hot, Hot, Hot.
In full: I`m a seasoned runner and keen racer and knew that this was going to be a true "fun run", and so it proved to be.The second water station was only added at the last minute and had run out on my second lap and i was near the front. No water at the finish also came as a bit of a shock but when events like these are run for the first time there are always teething troubles. These comments should not detract from the fact that i thought this was a good, well organised, and enjoyable race. Stonleigh would be a great venue for many more races.
Although i was suprised to see no evidence of first aid on course given the conditions. I hope organisers take comments on board and continue to stage this great race.
