In short: Starting place changed with no notifaction
In full: Turned up with plenty of time before start, to be told the start had been moved to another part of the park (several miles away), but the security guard did no know any directions to the start!!
Arrived at nw start with 10 mins to go, had to collect race number, only two loos available. Runners called to start, then had to wait a further 10 mins as not everyone had arrived.
Could do a lot better for the £15 online fee.

In short: Birmingham can not get it right!
In full: Start was one hour earlier than last year, so no trains or metro! Staff at NIA (baggage drop off) very rude and arrogant, constantly telling runners to get out (into freezing cold) as instructions said you should leave straight away after dropping bags off, and it was not a changing area, at one time I had three of them trying to eject me but I refused. You were not allowed to use the toilets in a venue able to support 17,500 people! You could not get to start pens through the masses of spectators, I also had to climb over barriers! Finish was better organised than last year.

In short: Organisation excellent, supportive crowds & friendly marshalls. Well done
In full: It's a shame this is possibly the last!! Not enough support from local & government agencies for these events considering health is top of their agenda! Well done Ron McAndrew and all those behind the scenes, thanks for all your hard work.

In short: Very good support on a challenging course
In full: Start of race delayed after everyone already to go in pens. Traffic gridlocked around stadium from early on. Everything went well once stated, support was great considering weather. Could have done with better signage at finish.

In short: Crowds excellent this year kept me going knocked off 6 mins a PB
In full: Heat did not help, lack of toilets at start (park came in handy). Plenty of drinks available on route, but only one bottle of water allowed at the end could have done with more. Looking forward to next year.
