In full: cant see how some couldnt find a toilet, they were plenty around with the normal queues,would love to meet the person who describes the race as scenic as it is pretty drab.cant see how the inclines ruined the race for some as they were hardly hills. I thought it was a fraction over 13.1 I followed the instructions to the start and entered the correct pen. I think it is all about getting to the start on time.

In short: multitude of surfaces, all i can say is they shouldnt have stood so close to the water as I ploughed through like a escaped prisoner of war from stormy down...

In short: over priced, badly run race. route cannot cope with the numbers. 12.95 miles want my money back.

In short: what a great race well organised with cakes and fruit at regular stops. ran the 21 miles (just over 22 with my navman) took my dog with me and we had a superb day out. recomend this one and i will be going over various parts of route again in near fu

In short: how many race organisers run the race as well..well done greg. the best value race in south wales
In full: my no 1 race of the year. well organised from top to bottem,or the other way around.great to see over 100 enter this year and a top quality tee shirt all for six quid. stuff the cardiff 10k im gonna save £15 and run up the machen instead. try this one in the depth of winter its brilliant. got to find a reason to cancel my august holiday next year.
