In full: I only did the 1/2, the full is too far for me. I don't think that you could find a more scenic route anywhere, the views from the top of the hills across the vale are stunning. A few teething troubles with route markers but it is a trail race and I am sure they will be sorted for next year.

In short: Great Autumn race in beautiful scenery
In full: A great run this one. Well organised for a first time race, well done Black Pear Joggers. I really hope you get permission to do it again next year.
A bit of mud, a bit of water, some grass and some woodland. A bit of something for everyone.

In short: Great race for the third time in a row.
In full: Great race again from Evesham Vale running club. Did a PB here last year but not this year due to me being one half of the Bride and Groom fancy dress runners. Great encouragement from both marshalls and crowds. Wonderfull weather, although top hat and tails perhaps not the best clothing for a hot day's running! Will be back again next year. Well done.

In short: Not a patch on previous years.
In full: This is the 6th time I have run this race but it is the first time I have been given cause to complain. The organisation was a joke. There were no announcements at the start. The first water station was unmanned so it looked like people were having to unwrap the bottles themselves. Other runners from our club tell me that by the time they reached the later water stations there was no water left, which given the heat on the day made it dangerous to continue. There were very few marshalls on the course. At one point you have to cross a busy main road in the town. In previous years there have been plenty of marshalls to stop the trafic and guide runners accross but this year there was nothing. On the whole a complete disgrace. 2:09 should hang their heads in shame.

In short: This years course very tough, lots of hills after 4k. Once again hot evening but that makes for great atmosphere.

In short: The start time of 1.00pm and the first very hot day of the year made the race very tough. I would not run again until they start earlier.
