In short: My first marathon which was enjoyable as it could be! In full: I foolishly thought running along a Loch would be flat, this course wasn't! Very good run with a welcome massage at the end Date of review: December 14, 2005

In short: This was my first road run and I was disappointed. In full: As I live near the race, I was suprised that the route followed 3 major roads in the area. This made the first 4 miles of the run unpleasant as you had cars driving fast right behind you and often runners got honked at. The finish was also about a 15 minute walk from the start which was a little odd, especially as no marshalls were directing runners back. Date of review: December 12, 2005
