In short: Excellent can't wait for next year
In full: Excellent can't wait for next year

What a brilliant race loved the whole weekend and will definitely be back next year having done more hill work.

Organisation was brilliant even having the loos emptied! Only one small comment would it be possible to start earlier as everyone was hanging around for the 14:00 start and then would get away earlier also.

In short: My 1st GNR and loved it
In full: Wow what an experience one of a kind from the runners and the local support.

Never want to see another bottle of Powerade again in my life, also any chances of smaller sachets as the bottles are on the large side?

In short: The marshalls are great.......thanks!
In full: The marshalls were great and really make the race, a big thank you to the one that helped me when I got cramp in my toes near the end!I know the cost and waste implications with the bottle water but it would be nice especially in the heat.

Will be back next year

In short: A great day
In full: Although very hot and a hilly course this was a great day out in the lovely Northamptonshire countryside.

The organisation was great with lots of needed water stops and great marshalling. A big thanks to the marshal with the Harley who gave me a big boost riding along beside me when I was struggling near the end.

Definitely back on the 19th September next year.

In short: Excellent friendly race with great atmosphere
In full: In my opinion this is a great friendly race with PB potential as a flat course with one hill which was more of an incline than a hill.
Stewards and police were all friendly and encouraging and plenty of water stations. The only negative comment was the disorganised start which was not very clearly marked.

In short: Great race but the wind was a killer
In full: Great well planned race especially the sponges as it got hot, the kids did a great job with those. The marshalls did a great job although I did have to stop at a T junction and ask the marshall in his chair if I turned left or right. As for the comment regarding to few if you took the advice of the joining instructions which said if you don't see a marshall keep going straight as the are on each turninng then the course was fine. One improvement it would be markers as not a clue on pace and distance.
Thought the polo made a great change to a t shirt and a bit different.
