In short: Great race as always...
In full: My local race, the 4th time I've run it and it was great as always. Faultless organisation, plenty of supporters and a nice rural and picturesque route with the occasiomal challenging hill.

In short: Great race, but my god it was windy!!
In full: Great race, organisation like clockwork, great marshalls.

The weather certainly made a flat / undulating course rather more challenging, especially the long straight at the end of each lap (the wind just about lifted me off my feet a few times!)

In short: Good for hill-lovers!
In full: My third year for this race - Challenging but very enjoyable and really good organisation.
Not the most picturesque route, but you don;t really notice when you're working it up those hills.
Will be back again next year.

In short: Great course, definitely undulating, with wind & rain to add to the challenge
In full: Scenic but challenging course, kicking off with a reasonable hill, then undulating throughout, but a nice downhill finish to make up for it.
Loved every minute of it, and just beat my pb so really pleased.
Great organisation, and marshalls did a great job in very wet weather.
Definitely one for next years diary.
(Would have liked a medal, but hey, nothing's perfect.)

In short: Flat and fast, a PB for me!
In full: Yes, the flat fenland countryside does get a bit boring, but I really enjoyed this race, helped by a PB. I thought the water stations were plentiful and the sponges were welcome on such a warm day. The only part that did me in was the long stretch wi a headwind, but otherwise a really enjoyable run.
Not at all local for me - 250 mile round trip - but I may well be back next year.
Nice quality medal, but a tshirt would have been nice (had to buy these separately, but quite pricy and only limited sizes available.)

In short: Lovely scenic race with just enough challenging hills. Excellent organisation.
In full: Lovely scenic race with just enough hills to make it a challenge but not overly daunting. Really friendly organisation and enthusiastic supporters, despite the rain. Definitely back next year.

In short: Perfect race, even better than I remember from last year.
In full: Faultless organisation and a lovely rural course (complete with rural smells) with just enough hills to be challenging. Ideal weather this eveing just to make this race perfect. And I got a pb, despite the hills.

In short: Lovely Race.
In full: My first time at this race and really enjoyed it. The off road bits round the golf course were scenic, and the town bits very pretty. A few challenging hills near the start round the golf course, but mostly flatish.

Lovely weather and enthusiastic supporters.

As other have said, the only gripe was the finish - Really pleased with my pb of 55 mins, I was quite dismayed to have to queue to get to the finish line!

Will be back next year, and hopefully the organisers will have a better funnel system in place by then.

In short: Excellent race, challenging weather!
In full: Great organisation, and atmosphere. Not the most scenic of courses, but I loved the fact that you could see the field snaking it's way in front and behind of you. Once I'd got used to the wind, I quite enjoyed the challenging weather! Even managed to shave 11 mins off my last HM time, which I was really pleased about.
Can't fault the organisation - A few missing mile markers but noticed some had blown over in the wind, so not really the organisers fault. Efficient bag storage, plenty of toilets at the start and round the course and efficient drinks stations. Nice goody bag. XL t-shirt swamps me, but hey, I'm not complaining - It made a welcome extra layer for the chilly walk back to the car park.

ps. re: queues to get on and off the car parks - This IS silverstone, try getting there on F1 day! Just need to allow enough time :)

In short: Nice flat course, good organisation, thoroughly enjoyed this race.
In full: Nice and flat, and I quite enjoyed the 2 lap course. One of the smaller races I have entered, but not at all daunting for slightly slower runners like myself. Would have preferred a medal rather than a T'Shirt, but can't really find anything to complain about.
