In short: 5 time for me love this one :)
In full: This was the 5th time for me and it is one of my favourite races...I am not a front runner and love this one as it is hard but fun....the only shame this year is that the mars bars and juice had already run out when I got to the stations when I spoke with the marshalls about this they informed me that they had not been given the normal numbers.....as there were plently of walkers behind me who would still need to rely on the stations it was a shame....the first station that had a mars bar was the 22mile station... could the organisers look into this as we had paid the same money as the front runners.....that is my only moan if I had of known that I couldn't rely on the stations I would have been more prepared......the marashalls where fantastic as normal well done to you all....will be back next year :)

In full: Love this race well done Martin and Crew.....would like to say thank you to another runner who encouraged me at the final stages ......OMG I over took someone at the finish with a little sprint :) thank you to all the marshalls who gave up their time.

In short: As a local runner it was nice to have a lay in and walk to the race.
In full: I ran some of the route the weekend before in the rain....so what an improvement in the weather...well done Martin well organised.....I saw lots of locals at the start encouraging the runners ......this race has improved over the last few year :)

In short: Lovely mug at the end with a Medal...first time I have run this in dry conditions :)
In full: I think the organisers need to consider getting some port a loos......only 2 out of 3 loos working in the ladies this meant long queues for those of us who had a long journey to get to thanet. The race was great as it was the first time I have run this without there being awful wet weather....was near the back but didn't feel under any pressure thanks to all the front runners who said well done to me ....where were the jelly babies this year??.....thank you to all the marshalls who gave up their morning. In short: OMG hot hot hot
In full: My first time for this one boy what a hot day found it hard going as the heat made it hard work.......but finished it :) lots of water stops many thanks to the marshalls.

In short: Always enjoy this race and did again this year :)
In full: Just got back from holiday in spain so the wet chilly morning was a bit of a shock....but then the clouds parted and the sun came out enjoyed this race yet again thank you to all the marshalls....lovely medal :)

In short: Another fantastic Dinosaur 10k well done Deal Tri :)
In full: Back again....and loved it despite that hill ....coming from Romney Marsh couldn't wait for it to end lol. Loved there being 3 water stations....Marshalls were great thanks guys.

In short: Lovely local race.
In full: I had lost my running mo jo since doing London Marathon but found it when running this race. Loved that it was local lovely to see all the support and the extras.....will be back next year. Thanks to the marshalls and the sea cadets loved seeing the life boat tracking the runners :)

In full: First time that I have taken part. the route was part of our trainng runs....funny seeing so many other runners. enjoyed it and got a PB. Thanks to all the Marshals and the scouts who manned the water stations. Lynn
