In short: Hate to complain BUT
In full: i only saw 3 mile markers (at 2,7 and 11 miles).
As noted, the baggage area was not secure. A kind volunteer was so helpful in helping my locate my bag that i couldn't be cross with the shambles.
More toilets are needed at the start and a completely new (wider) route needs to be considered.

In full: more toilets at the start and a medal at the finish would be a way forward but the organisation generally is great. much encouragement from marshalls.
great pre-london warm up.

In short: both very good and exceedingly poor
In full: I always feel sorry for the marshals. they do such a great job yet it is the wider organisation that leaves a memory.
It is not acceptable to advertise a 'manned' baggage area then expect people to leave their belongings in a room to which anyone can access. I travelled by train and was forced to leave my bag (incl. housekeys/phone/money/credit cards) for the duration of the race in the corner of a room - a worrying prospect. liked the medal. seemed a long race but then maybe that was the worrying over leaving my bag!
an average day out.

In short: hooray! no plastic carrier bags
In full: loved the freebe bag. a tough run. I ran last year and somehow obliterated the hill at the end from my memory.
cannot fault the marshalls or organisation. I'll be back!

In short: Gutted to have not got a pb!
In full: interested to see comments regarding the distance. I know ran at a good pace and to only just miss out on a pb was slightly demoralising.
all in all, great race...please get the packs out earlier next year!

In short: No goodie bag
In full: Being an 'entries in advance' only race it should not be too hard to get the correct number of goodie bags. Friendly marshalls and encouragement at the finish. Pleasant run and well worth the early start.

In short: Organisation could be bettered (but was not all bad!)
In full: I think the previous reviewer is a tad harsh. There were serious problems (water had run out at the station at the top of the hill) and I too nearly went astray in the trip through the 'marina' but i found the marshal’s incredibly supportive. Let's remember they've all given up their Sunday morning to help out.
5 portaloos would have been ridiculous but there was a (clean!) toilet block only a couple of hundred yards from the start.
The race started on time and there was a good supply of chocolates at the end.
All in all, an enjoyable sunday morning and if i was in the area i would definitely sign up again.

In short: Fantastic race
In full: 6 seconds slower than my previous time so delighted to hear comments regarding distance.
My friend (who finished only 5 mins after me) was told the medals had run out! That was the only factor that gives the organisation a 4 instead of 5. Overall great organisation and a fantastic day out.
