In full: What a fantastic race and extremely well organised. I generally run a race each weekend and have done for years and I have to say that this is probably one of the best if not the best 10k I have ever run. Superb scenary and completely traffic free. I could have taken part in my home town Brighton half marathon that day but an sick of the boring coastal course. I definately made the right choice to travel to this race. Looking forward to competing next year. Date of review: February 23, 2011
In short: Reasonably tough but enjoyable, pitty about the "no show" of prizes and not being able to locate the race photos. In full: I enjoyed the race, which was not easy. Negotiating the children, who had entered the race and were stood with the front-runners was not ideal but will hopefully be addressed next time. I am not sure what happened to the prizes, which were promised but they have never materialised since the organiser Anna Willard moved out of the area! Quite disappointed as its not every day you come first after just 4 hours sleep!Further to that I have never been able to locate the photographs that were taken on the day, would appreciate a reply from anyone who has.
