In short: Nice Location and encouraging marshalls....
In full: Have completed this run on several occasions and every time the marshalls excel themselves, always encouraging and geeing you on. Is a good race for anyone wanting to do a 'proper' race but not one that will kill them, as three fairly flat laps around Regent Park are all that are required. Lots of beginners and good changing facilities.

In short: Nice flat course, albeit laps of Victoria Park. Just too hot to be really fun, hopefully an earlier start in future?

In short: Fun Runners Only
In full: Arrived at the start at 9 am to find myself probably half way down the field already. No chance of any serious running as it took over 25 mins to get through the start line. Definitely only for fun/charity runners. Only saw one toilet on the course and water was in very short supply at the end, which on such a hot day could have caused so many less experienced runners serious discomfort. Music was SO cheesy, heard the Elgar variations about 25 times before we started, please there must be other 'British' tunes available. Would definitely avoid this race unless raising chartity money.

In short: Unfortunate weather throughout, not helped at all by the poor organisation and the difficult route
