In full: The crowds are truly amazing at this race - if your name's on your tshirt, you get so much encouragement shouted at you. And I must say a most heart-felt thanks to St John's - if you guys hadn't been handing out vaseline at regular intervals, there's no way I'd have got round without permanent scarring!
