In short: nice run out by the sea side
In full: nice flat course, nice weather and lots of encouragement from marshall and spectators. Start and finish were much better organsied than last year

In short: great fun, nice scenery
In full: 2nd time i've done this race. didnt train as much as last year and found it harder, which is entierly my own fault.

makes a welcome change to road running, my only comment would be perhaps a water station at the end of lap one. but v enjoyable and would recommend.

In short: 1st ever half marathon. well organsied, nice scenery, nice medal, nice and flat. only thing that was slightly confusing was the mile markers at the end of the course, but that's just an observation not a criticism. would defintiely do it again

In short: only my 2nd 10k, but thought it was v well organised, nice scenery and a really nice medal at the end.... and I knocked 3mins off my pb, woo-hoo!
