In short: Another year another relative course PB. Excellent and Supportive Marshalls will be back again next year for sure.
In full: The course itself was extremely well organised great marshalls and traffic cops all very friendly and enouraging Thankyou. Not very well sign posted for people getting to event. Finish was bit confusing people queing for drinks and didn't even realise there was a T-shirt till a fellow runner pointed it out. Cheap T-Shirt was a big let down after last years paper weight which was great. Had a great race shame about finish and momento was much better last year. As usual love the track start and finish nice touch, be back again in 2009.

In short: Nice race bit of a shame that the wheel chair racer had to struggle up that gravel bit at the end. Measured it with garmin as about 10.11 miles? Nice race for spectators, hot day, lots of cars but well controlled by marshalls thanku

In short: Very confused start? Water stations good and marshalls friendly not much in the way of crowds to cheer people on considering how many runners.
