In short: Superb organisation, Fabulous design tech top.
In full: If you want an easy 10 miler then look away. This is a test of endurance and strength, Marshalls are legendary as is the goody bag and quality running top that you can actually wear running.

In short: Quick course. 1 gripe = Baggage
In full: GOOD. Flat and fast, great PB potential.
BAD. See ugly
UGLY. Baggage drop off and collection. Shambles. The weather forecast was grim all week, they should have made provisions with extra tents. I believe only 50% of the volunteers turned up though, but 1 man on the door was never enough and numbers should have been spread more spread out and each manned. It's a shame as this company usually put on well organised events and this has really let them down. Triple the baggage collection next year, do a bit of PR to explain. And maybe take at look at Londons exceptional baggage organisation.

In short: Great location, smooth surface rubbish prizes.
In full: Ok I don't enter races just for the prize list but a tenner voucher and a mug is a little stingey and a very poor goody bag. Nice T-shirt design but I hate cotton ones which always end up as dusters. Who the F**k trains in a cotton t-shirt or wears an event t-shirt on the streets?
Maon over and overall though, a very good event I will do again in March.
Definitely should have got more people on the desks for number collection, as people where starting to panick getting there bikes locked out of transition, schoolboy error and ridiculous queues formed, although I did get there ridiculously early so was OK.
The run is not flat but not too tough for beginners, main issue is remembering laps on a 9 lap bike event when you knackered and can't do maths in your head.
Most support was on the short hill. I suppose as it's so spread out you're not going to walk over to the far reaches of the course.

In short: Tough but very well orgainsed event
In full: Not done this for 3 years but glad to knock 3 mins off my previous time. A well marshalled course. Bit slippy today but overall one of the best run events around. Goody bag is as crazy as ever and the long sleeved tech shirt is excellent quality. Great design of course on the front, it's like a magic treadmill

In short: Not quick but very well run event
In full: Very good organisation, Great atmostphere and scenic route.
There was a lot of very tight turns which effect your pace considerably. The steps made your pace drop down to walking pace.
Tough last section on the grass as the surface was very uneven. Saying all that a great event and will be back.

In short: Good event but some schoolboy errors.
In full: Easy to park, but a fiver was steep. Tough 1st 1.5 miles but is not flat, more small inclines and a bit twisty in places especially near the end. They need to sort out avoiding the steps after the underpass too (this was just stupid). The finish line needed to be clearly shown with at least a flag and why no clock at the end, c'mon guys at the price that was criminal.

In short: Superb organisation, great venue start and finish. Fast course.
In full: Pb'd again at this course so pleased. It's a quick start down hill and a really good run through a park and along the canal. 1 tiny negative thing is the rocks you have to go through before 2k and the exit in the park at 3k, other than this its one of my favourite if not the best race to do. Water staion is in a great place as you pass it twice. the run along the river is a really fast section as it flat, can get a bit of a headwind but wasn't too bad this year. The last section ha a bit oif an incline but a great finsh on the cricket pitch. Plus it's only 1km from my parent house so even better. Well done Penny Lane!!!

In short: Good organisation, tough course
In full: A great run all off road (tarmac) in vernon park. Despite the weather, well organised and some happy cheerfull marshalls. A tough hill on all 3 laps but a good finish on the track.

In short: The one to PB at, although I didn't! Fast and fairly flat.
In full: Well organsied, even got on the car park this time. As it's not overpriced or oversubscribed you get a good mix of runners. Km markers were accurate too. What a surprise you didn't get a goody bag medal or a mousemat, not that it's what I run for but something wouldn't have gone a miss!!!
